Charles “Charlie” Emmitt Wyatt III graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in AgBusiness. Charlie was born and raised in a small town in the Texas Hill Country, Bandera Tx. He lived on a ranch his entire life before heading off to college. During College Charlie was on the Texas A&M wakeboard team, and involved in intermural football and basketball. His last summer he started one of the most grueling sales internships in the country. He completed over 1000 hours of face to face sales meetings and finished top 10% out of over 1500 students. After Graduation Charlie went on to do some traveling and returned to the ranch to work while studying for his real estate license. On the ranch he would do anything from Moving cows, building fences, to hauling hay so he is no stranger to hard work. After a few short months on the ranch Charlie was then offered a job with a roofing company, where he went on to be one of their top salesmen. However; Being his own boss is the lifestyle he desired and real estate encapsulated that perfectly. SWRE was a crafted blend of independence and freedom mixed with elite individuals and a unique culture he found himself gravitated toward. He is more than excited to grow his career in real estate and has aspirations to be the top rookie in his first year.
