Nicholas Sproul was born and raised in South Florida and is a true local to the community. He grew up in Pompano Beach and left to attend Florida State University, where he graduated at the top of his class with degrees in Marketing and Management. During his FSU years, he was introduced to The Southwestern Advantage sales program, where he worked 80 hours a week throughout his summers, learning to run his own business effectively. This intense, direct-sales program instilled persistence and a strong work ethic, but more importantly it taught Nick how to communicate effectively and put his customer’s needs above his own.
Nick jumped head first into the Real Estate industry in 2015 and chose to start his career with Keller Williams Elite Properties. In his first year engaged in the business, he managed to close 29 deals, earning him the Rookie of the Year award in an office with over 160 agents. Since then he has continued to grow in knowledge and transactions, and after 2 years in the business he earned his Real Estate Broker’s license.
Feeling it was time to spread his wings and start building a team of his own, Nicholas started the first Florida office for Southwestern Real Estate in January of 2018. As he launches the company in South Florida, he has a goal to continue to serve his clients with a drama-free real estate experience, while building a team of competent and considerate real estate professionals around him.
